Q: WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN PROCESS LIKE?

Design is a process. It is important to understand you and your business. We will have a consultation so I can learn more about your business and your design needs. 

 

In general, projects unfold in the following way:

  1. Initial Meeting/Call

  2. Quote/Proposal to Client

  3. 50% Deposit/Freelance Agreement

  4. Research, Brainstorming and Initial Concepts

  5. Client Review

  6. Revisions

  7. Final Payment

Q: WHAT ARE THE MEETING DELIVERY METHODS? 

Meetings can be offered in-person, by phone or computer to accommodate the needs of all clients, both locally and out-of-state.

 NOTE: Due to COVID-19, ALL appointment services are offered over the phone and computer only.

Q: HOW LONG WILL MY PROJECT TAKE TO COMPLETE?

Timing varies from project to project based on the scope of work and client needs. I will of course, always do my best to work within your schedule. Once we’ve agreed on a deadline I will work diligently to ensure that all work is completed on time.

Q: WHAT FILE TYPES DO YOU PROVIDE?

All artwork will be exported in various file formats, such as JPG, PNG, SVG, TIFF, and PDF.  If you need a specific file format, please let me know and I’ll do my best to make sure it is provided.

Q: WHAT SOFTWARE DO YOU USE?

I use Adobe Creative Cloud and various other software programs. This software is the industry standard and will ensure that all files are compatible for use on websites, apparel, business cards, advertisements, social media, children's books, etc.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR DESIGN RATES?
Pricing varies based on client needs and the complexities of the project. Request a free quote.  
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR BILLING POLICIES?
For all projects, I require 50% deposit before starting the job and the remainder payment is due upon providing the final hi-res files. Installment payment plans are available for large-scale projects. In terms of payment methods, I do not accept personal checks, but clients can pay for services using PayPal, Cash App, Debit/Credit Cards, etc. 

Q: WHO RETAINS COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP OF THE ARTWORK?

Ownership of the final work artwork becomes to full property of the Client upon final payment. Designer retains the right to display artwork in portfolio and marketing materials for the purpose of recognition, promotion, and advertising.
